The safety of our guests and team members are of highest priority for our hotel and we follow all rules and regulations issued by global and local government officials closely.We take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and taking additional steps to ensure that they meet latest guidance including hospital-grade disinfectants products and cleaning procedures.
We have implemented the following additional control measures to its already rigorous cleaning protocols:
RECEPTION AND CHECK-IN PROCEDUREPTION
- Increased the frequency of cleaning in public areas and surfaces frequently touched by guests and team members and regularly ventilated
- The reception desk, door handles,front desk, control panels, corridors, staircases, room keys, credit card terminals are disinfected on regular bases
ACCOMODATION
- Each room is ventilated and completely disinfected including all furniture surfaces, light switches, telephone, remote control, and equipped with hand sanitizer
- The bedding is changed according to safety standards and washed using hospital-grade disinfectants
- Detailed disinfection of bathrooms is carried out everyday using single use materials and disinfectants
RESTAURANT
- Changes to all food and beverage services in an effort to mitigate the risk for our guests and team members, to a extra safe food preparation and service practices,
- Exclusion of buffet service, breakfast is served individually at the terrace or as take-away service
What can you do?
- Wash your hands frequently or use our dispensers with hand sanitizer
- Maintain social distancing
- If you don’t feel well, please stay in your room and dial 0 for the reception, we will provide medical care immediately
